Refund Policy
Before we process your payment, all payments and fees for our services are non-refundable. Additional factors will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Consortium does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions.
Paused Accounts: Paused or inactive memberships generally do not receive extra time or refunds on annual fees.
Missed Tests: Missed random drug or alcohol tests are typically not refunded or credited.
Unused Tests: Our provider offers a credit for unused tests.
Errors: Refunds are usually only provided if the error was on the part of the consortium.
